Green Valley is happy to introduce our Preferred Employer Program.*

If you are currently employed by one of the companies listed below, you may qualify for $500 off of your first month of rent. You must show proof of employment and sign a lease agreement for 12 months or longer.

If you qualify, you may also be eligible to pay $200 for your security deposit. Please contact our office for more information, we look forward to helping you!
